This corona treatment station allows for the treatment of foil and sheets of different thicknesses up to a maximum of 3 mm through a simplified adjustment system for the thicknesses. Completely built with stainless materials with the following characteristics:
- Wide opening of the electrode housing to facilitate material threading and maintenance
- Quick and accurate air-gap adjustment system: acts on the discharge rollers using a graduated knob on the operator side
- Quick electrodes removal system for easy and fast maintenance
- Externally adjustable electrodes, supported at multiple points by special insulators, to ensure thermal stability and a uniform air-gap across the width.
