ET98
The solution designed by Ferrarini & Benelli enables label printers to produce high-quality prints on conductive and non conductive materials, such as vinyl, acetate, polyester, PP and aluminum. The system is built with stainless materials:
- the discharge roller is coated with conductive ceramic for better frictional and durability characteristics
- the open cartridge system facilitates film threading and electrode disassembly for quick maintenance
- multiple ceramic electrodes ensure high performance
ET 98 comes with an adjustable design, adaptable to a wide range of printing presses. The small size of each component (generator, transformer, treatment system and suction fan) allows maximum flexibility when installing the system on the production line
The ET98 corona treatment is combined with the GTS MX single-phase generator available in stand-alone or integrated versions.
The system adjusts treatment power according to the line speed and it displays the discharge density and the set and delivered power value.
It is ideal for installation on narrow web printing presses, designed for in-line combination with a wide range of printing technologies, such as UV flexo, water or solvent-based printing, rotogravure and offset printing and finishing processes, such as hot foil and cold foil stamping.
