Born in Crema (province of Cremona, Italy) in 1970, she graduated with a Business Administration degree from the Bocconi University of Milan in 1995 and soon joined the family company.
Initially in charge of Sales and Marketing operations, she combined her sales skills with the study of applied surface treatment technology and earned the trust of the various company departments.
She first worked alongside her father, founder of the company, for a few years and then took over as head of Ferrarini & Benelli.
In 2005, she oversaw and coordinated the company moving from the historical headquarters in Soncino (province of Cremona) to the current Romanengo site.
In 2010 she was responsible for the introduction of the SAP management software in the company (receiving the Silver Winner SAP Quality Awards PMI award) and for the launch of Plasma treatment, aimed at expanding towards new markets.
In 2018 she received the Felix Industry Award owing to the company’s performance – Ferrarini & Benelli was declared the Best Small Enterprise in the Cremona area.
In 2023 she was selected to participate in Valore D's InTheBoardroom masterclass to train board members promoting gender balance and an inclusive culture for the growth of companies and the country.
She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
Claudia is an avid reader, loves volleyball, skiing and house music. Passionate about technological innovation (digital tools and Industry 4.0), she strongly believes in gender equality.
