Cartonplast

Treatment station for rigid, solid, or hollow sheets. It is able to achieve high performance even with significant thicknesses (up to 8 mm for solid sheets and up to 13 mm for hollow sheets). Available in single-sided or double-sided version.

Unique features

  • Automatic adjustment of AIR-GAP which adapts to the thickness of the sheet while the machine is in motion. Particularly suitable for sheet production lines equipped with dies with variable profiles. This feature, unique in the world, makes it extremely practical.
  • Pneumatic floating system which opens the treatment station for the passage of the sheet and closes it so that it does not weigh down on the plate. In the case of the hollow sheet, this system avoids deformation by crushing and the resulting variation of the AIR-GAP that may cause friction of the electrode material and absence of treatment. Non-return pneumatic valve at the air inlet to ensure safety.
