Corona Treatment
We will exhibit our universal corona surface treatment system for conductive and non-conductive substrates, Polimetal, designed for every converting application (coating, laminating, flexo and gravure printing, extrusion coating). Available in 4 different models, both in the one and double-sided version, it can treat plastic and metallised films, paper, aluminium foil and laminates.
The new Format system for individual sheets has been designed for Laboratories and for companies which print on small batches and need to reinstate treatment on already manufactured substrates.
We will meet you at Drupa (In the field of Plasma treatment, the focus will be on the application for folder-gluer lines.) and you will be able to do corona treatment tests on your samples!
Plasma treatment on folder-gluer lines
We will exhibit In Air Plasma, perfect for treating areas on which the glue is applied, as it activates the surface optimising the hold of boxes, plastic packaging and plastic-coated paper.
The plasma nozzle is mounted on a collaborative robot allowing to mimick the speed and power of treatment based on the features of folder-gluer lines.
Treatment is also available with two nozzles for several gluing points, depending on the design of the box.
