Made of stainless steel, In Air Plasma XL is connected to the digital plasma treatment generator via shielded cable.
The system is equipped with two nozzles, which treat 25 mm and 70 mm of surface area, respectively, and are interchangeable. This feature allows increased production flexibility: the customer can choose to adapt the nozzle to the portion of the surface to be treated.
This innovative solution is designed for customers who need to treat materials with larger surface areas than 10 mm.
As for the In Air Plasma version, the In Air Plasma XL nozzle is perfect for optimizing adhesion of inks, paints, adhesives and coatings on small plastic objects with variable shapes and thicknesses, cardboard and metals.
Among other applications, In Air Plasma XL optimizes bonding between substrates that have different surface tension characteristics and molecular composition, for example, aluminum profiles that need to be bonded to glass surfaces in the construction of shower stalls.
In Air Plasma XL is easily integrated into customers' production lines, provides significant energy savings while ensuring environmental sustainability, and is easy to use.
